Porcini, porcini, porcini
My mother's favourite thing in the world may well be Porcini mushrooms. (Called boletus mushrooms in Canada) You really can't get them here (aside from dehydrated) so when we arrived in Europe in time for mushroom high season, my mother (and I as well) was in heaven. She ordered them with every meal, knowing it'd be a long time before she have the chance again. These were fantastic.
