This turtle against climate change - Melbourne rally for Climate Action

Melbourne rally, National day of climate action, November 17, 2013

An estimated crowd of up to 30,000 people rallied in Melbourne in the Treasury Gardens for climate action to be taken by Australia's Federal Government. This was one event of 130 happening around Australia organised by Getup! and AYCC.

 

Broad range of people with many families with young children present. The back of the crowd couldn't hear the speeches properly. I don't think organisers had rolled out a PA to encompass the numbers that turned up.
