My latest attempt to "feel good" is to eliminate both eggs and chicken from my diet... I suspect some indirect food allergies, maybe something the chickens are being fed? Anyway, with as much as I love to bake, the idea of trying to cook without eggs has been daunting... However some of my first attempts at eggless cupcakes have been fabulous. I do notice that the gluten free flours I am creating tend to create a rather dryish baked good that always needs a bit of microwaving after it's been cooked to vamp back in some moisture. I blended some fresh bananas and strawberries to add to this batter which worked not only toward using less sugar but it added great flavors and much needed moisture.*

Matt does this without eggs, dairy, oil. Ingredients: whole wheat pastry flour, oat flour, homemade cashew milk (can be any plant-based milk), organic raw sugar, baking powder, egg salt (Kala Namak black salt from India), sea salt. There are blueberries in there. Lots of wasabi on the vegan sushi -- almost blew my head off. This was great.

Kim invited us to download her Easter egg photo or create one of our own. This one is mine. I took it early this morning, but then I went to town to get my hair cut and I had to run several errands. Got home in time to go to Good Friday services. Took me longer than I thought to find the right combination of textures etc. Ended up using one layer of kk_subtly yours and two of kk_laura.

Че я делаю? Открываю коробочку и ем! Не-не, не просто ем, а ем то, что приносит эндорфинчик) Все оч просто. Беру кусочек тортика, например клубничный или с малинкой и омномном с чаем. Я не толстею и на жопе ничего не откладывается, потому что тортик без муки, без сахара, без яиц. Сыроедческий епт! Ток орешки, ягодки, соки, суперфуды. Храню в морозилке. Достаю даже ночью, ибо не полнит, ем и радуюсь!

What I do? Open the box and eat! No, not just eat, and eat what brings endorphinic) All PTS just. I take a piece of cake, such as strawberry or raspberry and omnom with tea. I don't get fat on the ass and nothing is delayed, because a cake without flour, without sugar, without eggs. Raw food EPT! Talk nuts, berries, juices, Superfoods. I keep them in the freezer. I get even at night, because it does not get fat, I eat and rejoice!

Day 36 since my first photo of this nest. Today another visitor of the swans told me The swans need 35 days. Maybe the male swan was breeding the first days without eggs?

An experiment on trying to make a cake without egg, without any other fruit, and mixing different recipe. It turn out to be a cookie, instead of a cake.
