I am not the only one who enjoys the beautiful tinkling this little wind chime makes. At one time it hung from a shepherd's hook in my Butterfly Garden. There was this one Blue Jay who loved to fly at top speed toward that hook, when he landed on top, it shook the hook which caused the chime to ring. He did this several times a day all of that summer.

I had hoped to get some different photos while visiting our daughter and the rain derailed my plans. This is what I got instead.
You have to know we made it to Thursday because of the retreads. This is my retread of the original "the answer is blowin' in the wind" posted on April 10, 2009. Tried changing the mood, the season, the direction, the lighting, and took away some of the "artfulness" of the original and landed closer to the "straight out of camera" shot than the original did here . . .

Active Assignment Weekly January 16 - 23: It's A Frame, Naturally
WIT: Saw this windchime close to my house this evening, and liked the frame of the tree branch on the top. In post, added a texture and slight vignette blur to give a vintage feel to the image.
....our wind chimes hanging in the back yard - and as windy as it can sometimes get, you never hear a sound from them!!
