Still up in Scotland looking after my Dad. After a few backward steps we are now making good progress but it has been a long week. I was looking forward to a bright weekend but someone forgot to tell the rain... However, managed to get out between the misty showers and capture these, hard with the breeze!
Apologies for the delay in commenting. Have visited briefly a couple of times but still massively behind.
Now officially autumn, let's bring on the golden leaves!
Using Silver Efex pro 2 to get the web to shine, then blending some of the original image back in to give a touch of blue
Webs don't even have to be perfectly shaped - dew and sunlight transform them!
I have a small fir tree growing in my front yard. When I took my puppy for her morning walk, I saw that the fog had turned dozens of small spider webs into glittering lace. The irony is that this was an almost unplanned photo, yet it turned out to be my first Explored shot.
Web of Lies shimmering beauty leading to disaster and slow death for any hapless insect who visits it, shot in North Carolina.
when I walked outside this morning, all the trees were covered in small perfectly formed webs. These spiders obviously don't mind the cold.
The clouds were so low and dense early morning I almost walked through this beautiful web.
... not much good comes out of the fog ... except perhaps this :) ...
