It is hard to believe that it is winter when you Visit the Shire on a Saturday morning in August. I took this at sunrise today down at Wanda Surf Club the sun rose at 6:33 but did not show itself till about 20 minutes later due to a little coastal cloud.
You cant beat The Real Shire at this time of the year clear skies, blue water, sand between your toes and we are expecting a top of 24 degrees today.

Our recently overhauled park looks amazing at sunrise, even though this building is a change room and toilet I think it looks amazing, its not visited as much as the main beach of Cronulla and in some ways I am glad, its a little pot of gold down here a perfect spot for a family BBQ and a very safe place for children to swim in Summer.

It's 6:10am and we are already at 22c in Sydney we are in for a warm one today.
Last week our local council has brought in a new law where all dogs need to be on a leash at what used to be a leash free area, but, on our beaches there has always been a rule where dogs are to be on a leash, some people just don't care. I am sure +Marshall Rainbow will agree with me.
