What the hell, I guess I am doing landscapes for a while now! Deal with it :P

Ah.. the start to a weekend. Now that work is starting to calm down I can finally start to fill my time with things that I've always intended on getting to. For example.. cooking! I don't have much skill when it comes cooking right now but I like doing it. There's something about entertaining people with food that really gets me. Today I read up on a East Indian cook book that was given to me for my birthday a little while ago. Have to admit, I'm Chinese, but east Indian cuisine is some of the best stuff I've ever had. Now if only I could cook like they do at Vij's!

Te gjithe lumenjte do te qetesohen, te gjitha ererat do te bien, do te terhiqen dallget dhe deti do te flere, horizonti do te puth qiellin dhe mbi det do te bjere.

Do te vij ky muzg i zbehte qe do te me lendoje dhe thelle ne zemer me gervisht nje plage qe fort do percelloj....Do dal te marr pak fryme, me hapin tim te lehte, por nuk me le, nuk me ndahet ky muzg kaq i zbehte.

Toke e huaj, dhe i huaj! Ti nuk me ndjeve, s'ma njohe hapin, s'ma pe shpirtin, s'me perkedhele kurre! Per te peshuar ndopak tek ti do te me duhet te mbart gure, gure, gure...

-I'm sure you can sort out my thoughts with this one. But I really like how it came out and to think it started with the crown... This was my first attempt at correcting wrist, hope I did alright. Do it all by mouse-pad.. and trust me when I say I get frustrated with that. Sorry but I'm loving my face this time..

At first glance this looks like a bog-standard Paramount body but on closer inspection that front grille isn't quite right and appears to be a home-made replacement. Although normally based at the former Johnsons depot in Rushden, it was photographed at Olney.

really, such a winning combination.

with family in town, you get to step up your game a little. vij's is delicious, but a little out of our price range on a normal night :) but tonight there was lental pakoras, lamp popsicles, beef shortribs and tenderloin, for starters... not to mention these delicious india pale ales.
