Each flower is unique, some are very close, but, just like people there are often small differences.
Also I have yet to encounter the “PERFECT’ flower, is there such a thing?

This unique mushroom obviously thinks she's fabulous! Photographed on Mount Desert Island in Maine. (View large!)
Although it may seem like a bit too perfect or a bit too large; that water drop has not been edited in any way... This shot is more than a month old; but I didn't like the fact that actual flower was not focused (I used an aperture that allowed for very nice focus on the drop; but that was it)... But since I am still having a hard time to get new shots, I decided to put it up so that you can give me some feedback...

This picture was taken in the Connemarra, which is west of Galway, in Ireland.
I decided to make the background of this picture black & white in order to draw attention to the beauty or uniqueness of the forgot, wasted and old. This beauty is often not recognized and sometimes even left unappreciated.
Pink Pin flower, her sisters fall down but she still stand alone as the last one.

There were just so many tourists all over the Giants Causeway at this time of day so I decided to wander about and capture some of the non famous seascapes and pools etc and wait for the crowds to leave

Hitech filter ND GRAD 1.2 (4 stops) - rotated 45º on the left corner to cut the strongest light and avoid darkning the Ursa rock
Heliopan polarizer just to increase contrast and sky color
