My first ever crack at "RAW" image processing. Used the Canon software that came bundled with the 350D. Still need to learn a lot about RAW image processing but I was fairly happy with the tweaking I did on this one. If anyone knows of any good on-line tutorials or explanation of RAW processing, let me know.

Yes, this is what we should spend our money on, TTC! New signs for the outside of Osgoode station, instead of REPAIRING THE INSIDE.
Ugh.
This is the Community Window display for November 2014 at the Sherway Gardens Lego Store in Toronto, Canada. The display was built by Derek Raycraft and Calum Tsang.

This is the last shot I took on the TTC for two weeks - I was stopped (by a conductor talking over the intercom) right after the shutter closed. I was told that I had to get permission (and a permit) from the TTC to continue the photos. After about one week of phone tag, and one week of waiting, I got my permit, valid through to August 28th. August is going to be hell, though, since shooting a station a day is not as easy as it sounds with all my other stuff.
I am humbled and honoured by all your comments, feedback, favs and invites! I read every single one of them! It's getting pretty busy for me, so please don't take it personally, if I don't repsond to you immediately. I will try to do my best! :-)
The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) had an open house of the Harvey Shop on Bathurst Street. The shop is used for maintenance on the streetcars as well as rebuilding of components for buses and subways. I mainly went for the opportunity to see the new streetcars, but still found a few interesting sights while I was there.
