I pieced it together with PicsArt. These were made on my Samsung S5 with snapseed and turned into a Triptych with the TRYPTpic app ( trytpic.com for android and there is one for Iphone). After you make the image, it helps you divided it and load to Instagram in order so it looks really neat in your Instagram feed. :) and it will do the same for flickr if you check the box to go to flickr when you upload from instagram at the same time.
