Happy holidays!

This shot was subjected to the Orton Method, and then in a moment of experimentation, I also used corel's program and put it through the time machine processing to give it a more dated look. I thought the both made for an interesting combination!

Every day, visitors take a zillion photos of the famous terracotta army in Xi'an. It is probably impossible to find a new view of the scenery. In my attempt, I gave a radial blur to the construction protecting the figures from the weather. It should appear like the tunnel of a time machine that helps the warriors with their transition from ancient times to the present.

Venturing onto the meadow - verrrry cold and biting wind. Verrrrry pretty scenery.

That was automobile manufacture....!

Any place in time is where we can go.

What were you doing on Sunday? I went into a time machine and travelled back to 1805. I came to rest on a beautiful bench and through the trees saw a Candlemaker opening up his shop to commence work...some adventure it was too! :o)

So I got a little carried away making symmetrical images. It's amazing how the most boring splash can look when it's mirrored. I like the result with this one, it looks like a heart.
