On the local courts, my brother and I threw down some moves, popped some shots and slammed some... dunks..?

Unfortunately though, we were rubbish. To us, handling a ball is just wrong, it should be kicked, preferably between two goal-posts, guarded by a goalkeeper.

I’ve been so impressed with the ability of my new 85 1.4D to make anything look awesome that last week I issued a challenge to find something that this lens couldn’t make look great. One of my charming contacts suggested I photograph a toilet… see if I could make that look good.

Well, I cheated a bit here, and used the Sigma 15-30 lens, and not the 85. The sunset was just too perfect yesterday and I was lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time and happened to find this stoically placed porta potty / Andy Gump / WC in the middle of the strawberry fields near where I live.

Anyway, here ya go. Anyone else want to issue a Throwdown???

Fansproject Intimidator (not-Menasor) battling Perfect Effect's Warden (not-Fort Max) who's giving the usually self-centered Sunstreaker enough time to go rescue the only Autobot he cares for other than himself, his twin brother, Sideswipe.

I might be sick, but I insisted on doing an epic image before my birthday in 2 days.

As the bull elk were filling the autumn air with their bugling, testosterone and general raucous behavior, these two cows decided it was time to put on a show of their own. Thanks for your comments and visits!

Lakeshore Park, Newark, CA. There's lots of squabbling within the colony but these two took it to the next level. The egret has hold of the heron's feathers, while the heron is firmly clamped on the egret's leg. And of course this wouldn't be a real tussle without at least one spectator.

The best thing about having a more posable Indy is being able to better contort him during a savage beating.
