Tehran and Alborz mountain range in winter from the former Sheraton hotel balcony (now the Homa Hotel)
I managed to travel around the South of Tehran by taking Metro but unfortunately during Friday and holidays, the city seems to be like a ghost town. Traffic is like non-existence. And shops are mostly closed.
Luckily I found this beautiful wall mural at Saadi Road, a walking distance to Tehran Bazar.

- Milad Tower is also know as Tehran Tower, built in 2007, in between Shahrak-e Gharb and Gisha districts of Tehran. The head consists of a large pod with 12 floors
It stands at 435 meters. The tower is the sixth largest tower in the world.
The project includes the Milad telecommunication tower offering restaurants at the top with panoramic views of Tehran, a five-star hotel, a convention center, a world trade center, and an IT park. I used Wikipedia as always!
