It was a sunny/cloudy after rain atmosphere! clear!
Technical details how i did the shot:
-ND filter to prolong exposure
-Tripod, in mid exposure move up or down till you find the sweet spot photo!
-used some cheap Sunset filter
-PS couple of curves adjustment

round about after one hour during my fog adventure the sun finally came out. so i got a slightly different sunrise shot ;-)
Inspired by Roni's sunset this morning....
This is about a half hour before the setting sun....but I just loved the star bursts on this one......Oh !!! and the heat was quite nice too......
Makes it nice on a gray and dreary day like today....
