Kingsday is one of the days were you dress up in orange and selling some old items!
What did I do on Kingsday. I took pictures XD
I know I have photographed this photo lots of times, but it's the first time I used my Canon EOS 6D, since I only had the Canon EF 50mm lens before I got my Canon EF 24-105mm lens.
A sink that witnesses more sunrises than most humans.

The Austrian Parliament Building in Vienna is where the two houses of the Parliament of Austria conduct their sessions. The building is located on the Ringstraße boulevard in the first district Innere Stadt, near the Hofburg Palace and the Palace of Justice.
The foundation stone was laid in 1874; the building was completed in 1883. The architect responsible for its Greek revival style was Theophil Edvard Hansen. He designed the building holistically, each element harmonizing with the others and was therefore also responsible for the interior decoration, such as statues, paintings, furniture, chandeliers, and numerous other elements.
This is the day the sun drowned.
No one knows why or how.
He just fell in the water and never surfaced back.
Le jour où le soleil se noya.
Personne ne sait comment ni pourquoi.
Simplement, dans l'eau il tomba.
Et jamais à la surface ne remonta.
That little red door barn caught my attention again on my way home, but this time with the low winer sun on it.
Standing 1100 metres high, but once twice as tall and 40 kilometres across, Mt Warning is part of the remnants of a massive volcano that erupted 23 million years ago. It’s one of the spectacular features of Australia’s beautiful Tweed Valley. Here it’s catching the setting sun, but is better known as the spot where hikers can catch the first rays of sunshine each morning.

I built a house and lived alone inside the woods
I stayed there as long as I could
before I saw it was doing me no good
he said, we're all living lives of quiet desperation
I started to believe him until I looked up at the constellations
the stars are burning bright
so bright and bright and far apart
pull them together, though
they created a work of art
look up, look up, look up into the sky, love
you see that moon shining so high up above us
it rolls around on account of a bunch of scientific stuff
I like to think it does just because He loves us

I am always fascinated by this building in the town where I live. I don't have much history on it, but it's very old.
