Rastoke su prigradsko naselje grada Slunja, gdje je čovijek sagradio kućice i mlinice u suradnji sa prirodom na ušću rijeke Slunjčice u Koranu, a priroda se poigrala i stvorila čaroliju vodotoka i slapova....slap Vilina kosa...svi govore da su Rastoke "Plitvice u malom"
Poznatiji od dva pazinska slapa na Pazinčici. Oko kilometar i pola nizvodno (ispod pazinskoga groblja) nalazi se Pazinski krov.
This was an old familiar sound to the people living back then. Slap, of the door as the spring tightens shut. Remarkably there was two screen doors still intact on this long abandoned farmhouse along with a pitcher pump still with its sink. This was taken just before the sun went down.

It was a somewhat tricky drive here, with a few moments of wondering if we were lost or had gone past the turn off, but we made it and it was totally worth it!

I was sorting pictures for familiy album yesterday with my wife, and I found this very nice shot taken last year in Slovenia (Oh dear I miss holidays !!). This is Slap Virje near Bovec. I strongly recommand you Slovenia as destination, it is such a lovely natural country ! I miss it a year after ..

The Pathfinder Tours set of mini-tours coinciding with the Worcester Rail-Day on 2nd May 1993, 'The Severn Slaps & Saucy Sapper' used this brace of Class 20 locomotives 20138 & 20066. The initial working ran as 1Z21, the 09:50 Birmingham New Street to Worcester Shrub Hill via Bromsgrove. The Class 20s and Tyseley DMU sets T404 (51853, 59735, 59604, 53919) & T412 (51860, 59591, 59446, 53116) were recorded passing Garrington's Bridge en route to Stoke Works Junction.
