Did a bit of archive hunting in the week and found some shots I had taken on a studio lighting course last year. Didn't like the background on it so introduced some bokeh circles from another photo, added in some hair extensions and blew in some purple highlights. The original was gel lit so the aqua highlights were in camera.

Caught this Mature Bald Eagle making a right turn over beautiful Lake McConaughy in Western Nebraska. The weather was absolutely perfect for January.

This bird has the oddest face I've ever seen. I captured it flying over the fence sideways, maybe it was chasing a bug.
There are 6 long eared owlets!! The other night I was playing peek a boo with this one and he bobbed his head up and down, then turned it completely sideways!! They are so adorable and I feel privileged to be able to photograph these special owls.

This infrared shot was taken in Dorset last month with a Nikon D70 converted to Infrared by Advanced Camera Services in the UK.

Another capture (single exposure) from a truly beautiful sunset in January 2013. The gentle sideways water flow in the foreground probably only occurs during a minus tide. This one is without any ND filters, as I didn't own any at the time.
Hi all :-)
This is my favourite local sea stack and at high tide this is what it looks like, the surrounding reef which appears about an hour into the outgoing tide is completely hidden.
Really hope you like this one and a small comment would be great :-)
Thanks for viewing my stream

Half my life is over, and I have
nothing to show for it. I'm a
thumbprint on the window of a
skyscraper. I'm a smudge of excrement
on a tissue surging out to sea with
a million tons of raw sewage.
JACK
See? Right there. Just what you just
said. That's beautiful. A thumbprint
on a skyscraper. I couldn't write
that.
MILES
Neither could I. I think it's
Bukowski.
