I am not sure what kind of structure this is, but I suspect it may be a tobacco barn. I like riding the train for sights just like this.

A no post re-post. Thanks to kind critique from someone suggesting that this image would look much better without a distracting metal post, I removed the obtrusive distraction and decided to re-post this image of an abandoned barn photographed in rural north central Illinois. Melinda and I hiked up near Longmont Reservoir last week, but on the drive there we passed scene and I knew I'd have to stop when we were done, hoping the weather would be cooperating with me to get a good photo.

Myanmar is still one of the countries that’s relatively untouched by tourism. The mountains around Inle Lake are wonderful for hiking and exploring. Especially in the morning the light on the fields looks wonderful. In the mountain villages families offer very basic accommodation for guests and local guides help you to get to your destination.
Time for another barn. ;^) I've been on a bit of a nature kick as I love taking nature photos but wish I was better at it. I could watch birds for hours! If I could ever get as good as Lily and Yuma! I guess I have to start saving my pennies for a 400mm lens................ Happy Monday everyone!
