The sun plays in the mist and lights up an area of conifers whose branches uplifted seem to be rejoicing in the sunlight.

once again the sunset reminds you that there is a greater being behind it all. how else can you explain the magical colors that were painted across the sky? it was truly a glorious sight!

When I see something like this, it makes me so thankful that I'm a photographer, because, honestly, isn't this a shot you want to keep looking at..:) As soon as I saw it I thought, you better know a good prayer if you're going out to sea in that boat..;)

Praise is like sunlight to the human spirit: we cannot flower and grow without it.

My aunt felt ill suddenly and was hospitalized. She was in a coma, and after six days she was deceased. I had so many questions going through my mind, so many emotions were flowing through me and I knew I could turn to my camera to help express it.

There was drama in the way that the remains of one of Earth's oldest living things reached out toward the heavens. I though that sepia toning added to that drama.
