He sells very colorful straw baskets. I got hem to agree to me taking he’s picture by buying one of the baskets he was selling, I told hem he could keep it.
The portrait was taken in TAXCO México.
I found that some times walking true the city you don’t necessarily see the people in the streets, the sales man the taxi driver the “cilindrero” the person that shines your shoes, the people that work in the street so I started this project.
Portraits of the people that work in the street out of there context. So that you can see them as people and not only as what they do. You can see more of this type of shots in the Album call Faces of Mexico, I hope you like them.
I needed a new profile picture for twitter and tumblr... dunno if I like it...
By the way... now that I'm home in Sardinia my eyes turned hazel again...I miss the green I had in Norway!!! :(
