scattering gold and dreams
bringing forward
what was done in the night
hope springs eternal
in the thin air of the plateau
the shawl of the people
envelops lost soul
wending around the base
of left mitten
transferring old songs
the air blows restless
as the sun comes up
bouncing light
into the furthest reaches
of the darkness
long term memory
I treated with respect
the monuments
have been animated

The water here comes from two big glaciers, which cannot be seen on this photo.

P.S. This year more than 1 million and 300 thousand tourists visit Iceland, compared to Iceland's population of ca. 300.000....
