permaculture design presentation with special guests

The first permaculture garden we planted in Westville, Durban. We now have two, both of which are thriving and keeping us in fresh greens

First we put down compost, then covered it with cardboard. Then cut small holes in the cardboard and popped the seed potates in, and covered them with a bit more compost. If you're looking for large expanses of cardboard, a great place to ask is a bike shop!

Post permaculture implementation. Garden was designed using swale concept an deeply rock mulched pathways for passive water harvest.

A review of the work we covered during the course. We ensure that students engage with all parts of the design cycle.
