Particularly apt that today, on Earth Day, we made 2 raised permaculture beds out of old railway sleepers and filled them with 3 tons of topsoil ... Phew!

On Saturday, March 3, the Permaculture Design Course took a couple field trips to urban permaculture sites in Santa Cruz.
