I found this pattern by the train crossing. In addition to the road, on both sides, there are these polyester mats with this structure between the rails. I don't know why or for what purpose. If anybody knows, please let me know.
The color is usually just grey/black , but that morning that sun was shining and I guess because of the thin layer of ice, as you can see too, the light reflected.
