Mutter Paneer Recipe / Matar Paneer Recipe Restaurant Style with step by step pics. It is a yummy combo of matar/green peas and paneer/cottage cheese, cooked in an onion- tomato based gravy, seasoned with Indian spices. I used Homemade Paneer, Garam Masala Powder and Frozen peas, so the taste was very exotic and delicious. If you want a restaurant touch in the gravy, you can add fresh cream, milk instead of water and honey instead of sugar with little drops of lemon juice at last. For a Dhaba Style, increase the chilli powder and green chilli to make it spicier. Always it is an evergreen combo with Chapati, Phulka, Jeera Rice and even with Veg Pulao (Do click the highlighted words for the recipe link).

This restaurant style palak paneer is prepared from pureed spinach, seasoned with garlic, onion, tomato and some added garam masala powder. There are so many methods to prepare this best Indian spinach paneer recipe, but I have shared the most simple version. It goes well with chapati and even pulao too. To retain the colour and make it more appealing, I have jotted down some points in the tips section.

Last day a friend of mine asked about this recipe for her Lunar new year celebrations, thought about sharing with her and you!!!. Happy new year to all of you.

More of a still life for those who like cooking, I arranged the aspirational image of copper pots and pans, alone with cookery book.

Oh the chocolate ones are so easy - this is a mix-in the pan recipe, but it's just as easy in a bowl. Cupcakes need just about 15 minutes.

Hurry Up Chocolate Cake (9X9)

1 1/2 c flour

1 c white sugar

3 rounded tbsp cocoa

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

1 teaspoon vinegar

1/2 c margarine or butter, melted (canola works too)

1 c lukewarm buttermilk (or soured milk made by combining 1/4 c lemon juice with regular milk)

Sift dry ingredients (or just mix together) into 9x9 cake pan. Stir well to blend. Bump pan on counter to level off. Make 3 hollows in the mixture with a spoon. Put vanilla in one hole, vinegar in another, and melted fat in 3rd. Over all, pour the buttermilk. Stir until smooth, with no flour showing. Thump on counter to level off. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour. Cool in pan. Turn out and ice.

Chilli Paneer Dry Recipe with step by step pictures is another favourite dish among kids even elders too. You can add coloured bell peppers / capsicum like yellow and red to make it attractive. If you are busy or want to prepare for any party, paneer can be fried and refrigerated ahead, veggies can be chopped prior and just do the tossing part when needed. You can roll it inside chapathi and send it in your kids lunch box, they surely love it, but skip green chilli and reduce the spice level too. This Restaurant style chilli paneer recipe pairs well with fried rice, veg hakka noodles, veg pulao etc….

I bought this 1.5斤-sized loaf pan from Majimaya on Kappabashi Street for making shokupan. After trying this recipe from Japanese Cooking 101, my only regret is that I didn't buy more pans. During my first stab at the recipe, I followed the measurements exactly, even though the pan in the recipe was a bit longer than mine. Since the resulting loaf filled out the pan into every sharp crevice, I scaled the ingredients down 10% on my next try, which turned out just right.

Pancake breakfast inspired by H. Light & fluffy! Recipe was great, but don't mix the berries into the batter. Better to drop them into the pancake once it's poured into the pan.

Pad Thai for dinner means leftovers for bento! Also, broccoflower, kabocha, strawberries, grapes and cinnamon apples.

Here's the one-pan recipe: First I pan-fried thinly sliced partially frozen chicken breast meat and then removed. Then I pan-fried 3 eggs with garlic til just set. After that, just throw in the rest -- the chicken, sliced carrots, cubed tofu, bean sprouts, baby corn, green onion, rice noodles boiled til soft and cut into short lengths for easier self-feeding, and equal parts fish sauce and lime juice. I added some peanut butter because I like the taste, and top with cilantro and sriracha. (the kids had 3rds!)

I used WAY too much butter in my pan. A lot of it leaked out of the pan and dripped in the own. Spread only a very thin layer of butter in your pan (at least, with the pan I used).

Paneer also called as Cottage Cheese is used to prepare lots of delicious dishes in Indian Cuisine. I have shared a very simple method for How to make paneer / Homemade Paneer Recipe with step by step pics, a short YouTube video and lots of tips. Usually I prepared some paneer dishes, at least once in a week as both my kids love it. I never used to buy paneer from stores as it is fully loaded with preservatives for a longer shelf life and its quiet expensive too.

Take a ripen tomato and cut it on two halves. Store one half. Rub the second one on one side of two toasted bread slices. I've used brown bread here.

For the final touch: olive oil drops and salt.

Tips:

The original recipe is with traditional "pà de pagès"

For a spicy touch, rub a garlic clove cut in halves on the bread before you start with the tomato.
