My mom’s back yard at night. The scene appeared pitch black when I set up. I set the hyperfocal distance on the lens and leveled the tripod and hoped for the best when I opened the shutter. I’m blown away by the shocking and beautiful colors. Santa Fe, NM 4 February 2017.

Sony DSC-RX100 works perfectly well even at night and produce some nice colors while at it. Cropped and only the sky has had some noisereduction, everything else is left as is from camera.
Port of Felixstowe. It was a real drizzly dull night which worked well for diffusing the light off the docks. One of my favourite images so far of the port.

Out for dinner tonight in the next small town, a mere 4 miles away...in the pouring rain. This month, a very rainy one, gives me many photo ops, day and night.
