An interesting night surrounded by sounds of frogs, crickets and wolves. There was some unexpected aurora activity around 2 am which I caught in couple of frames, this one being the strongest one. I had something else in mind and this was just finding a composition in pitch black.

The Wearmouth bridge @ Sunderland, shot after late shift in the company of Davey.s. {needed a bodyguard realy LOL ;-) }, lots of "odd" characters about at this time of night... ;-/

Night time view of Adelaide taken from the northern side of The Torrens looking towards the South West, Adelaide Festival Centre to the left of frame and The Intercontinental just to the right of centre.
...continuing with the night fence series. HFF!
FYI: this too is a composite of 2 of my images because the fence alone was not interesting enough.

So, just in case anyone was wondering.. I didn't do any color work on this one. The street lamp and my camera just decided that orange was the way to go... just a little bit of added structure.. and here you go!
After a long hiatus, I'm finally uploading more photos from the night series taken by Lake Michigan in the Rogers Park area. I'll try to post more of these photos over the next few days. Enjoy!
It was a warm and moist early spring night..bugs were buzzing on the water and semis flying down the interstate just above.
