Long exposure photography is the most spectacular way to show movements of natures features in images. This shot of the waters at the beach of Domburg in the Netherlands comes in color and blends the water into the dust above the breakwater structure.

The "Spider Web Begonia" - is one of the most handsome Begonia species! This marvel of nature features large, ribbed leaves (generally over six inches at maturity) with a concentric, cobweb-like pattern. This native of Brazil isn't seen in cultivation often and not commonly offered for sale.
Begonia paulensis was identified in 1859 by Alphonse De Candolle. It was first found growing near Sao Paolo, Brazil, thus its name. In the rules of nomenclature, when you see a word ending in -ensis, it means ‘the place from which’. So paulensis is a reference to being found near Sao Paolo (which is Portugese for Saint Paul).

Nature is our Mainspring!
We ate at the Nantucket in Crockett, California 25 years ago. When we were there a couple weeks ago, we decided to eat there again. We left about the time the sun went down. And, what a beauty it was!
For this one, I didn't do a lot to it...no textures added...probably a first for me! Using PSE, I duplicated and multiplied the backgroud and increased the red saturation in the water only.

Mighty and roaring, the waterfall of Gullfoss in Iceland presents itself!
It’s called the "Golden Waterfall" because of the reflection of the golden sunlight shimmering over the water on a sunny day. Even rainbows are not rare at this beautiful natures feature!

Iceland is one of those places that exist rarely on planet Earth. It shows us how originally and young our planet is! On Iceland you can watch our Earth growing and shaking, bursting and baking, snowing and emerging! Every place there is a wonder! Everywhere photo-motifs. A paradise for landscape photographers. Not for nothing many artists are born in Iceland and still live there. Could there be an inspirational place like this giant island with endlessly natures features?
