narcissism to the n-th degree! nothing makes naked bulb happier than seeing himself everywhere he turns... is there a doctor in the house?

Narcissism gone amok with nature.

Trump's self-serving, his lack of compassion, and his sadism are all part of a psychological disorder known as "malignant narcissism." Much has been written about this disorder in relation to Trump. A fine description of this mental disease can be found here:

The little guy was on our bathroom mirror, admiring himself.

we interrupt your regularly scheduled photographs from Santiago de Chile to resume our weekly practice of narcissism.

inordinate fascination with oneself, excessive self-love, vanity.

Is that why I take self portraits! NO, I do that for self expression and the enjoyment of playing with light and creativity.

broken mirror - an empty vessel

maybe that's what I should have used as my user name :)

Day Three-Hundred-and-Fourty-Four

A lot of people don't understand a 365 of self portraits.

To be honest, I used to be one of those people.

I know taking a picture of yourself everyday can seem narcissistic to many. And I certainly know lots of people outside of flickr think that.

Anyone who knows me though will be able to tell you that I am one of those people who hates their appearance and will run away from anyway who points a camera in my direction ... well, I used to be. It's only over the last year that I've been a bit more confident.

Sure, I still have days where I hate myself ... but not nearly as often.

Seriously, all the self haters out there ... take a photo of yourself everyday for a year and you'll soon realise you are nowhere near as bad as you thought you were :P

Although saying that, when I finish this 365, I can't wait to not take another photo of myself for quite a looong time ;)

Mooooore in the comments ... it's an ode to the 'MySpace profile picture' ... hehe that's soooooo 2005 :P

I hope you know me well enough to know I'm messing about here.

Meanwhile, I've yet to work out why some of my flash gun pictures turn out blue and sometimes not.

Mmmm. A puzzle for sure. But I like this blue one.
