This sunset shot was taken in Hemakunta hill temple complex enclose number of temples and structures. You can enjoy the cool and peaceful sunset from here. This temple complex is one of the marvelous sites in Hampi. Interestingly, these are referred as Jain Temples by mistake due to its architecture. In fact many of these temples are dedicated to Lord Shiva.
The entire region resembles a huge sheet of undulated rocks, the temple have pyramid like roofs. It is enchanting to see three temples constructed perpendicular to the other face with a common hall.
In this rare one moment, this bird was not sing sing sing blah blah blah. His or her song, btw, and I don't mean the 'meow' of a catbird, was quite melodic and pleasant to hear.
The winning moment and the pride being able to be together after race brings all the charm that it was worth...
Warmth of being close

Day 241 of 365.
Photographic clichés 101 :) But I was really pleased to capture the moment here, where you can just see the match head being consumed by ignition.
Taken with my lensbaby with the +10 macro lens. Unprocessed other than framing.

A moment of blur is blessed. It's the state where your mind is confused and it's trying to fix you. It's when you see your mistake and notice it. Yes, it all happens in a blur.
I added this shot because what is a session without a bokeh shot? I like these ones in particular because they're HUGE! hehe...yes..most other ones I've seen are ...small-ish~
Tomorrow my weekend starts so I'm off for new photos.
Take care.

Moments like this can only be seen as gifts from God. Had I been in this spot at any other time, I would not have had this special moment in this special way.
Taken at August A. Bush Memorial Conservation Area August 28, 2012
To live in this single moment,
this lightest breath, this softest touch,
to be captured by this smallest,
this briefest space of time,
to be fully present, alive,
consumed in this instant alone,
this is truly living.
In this single moment,
a life is just beginning.
In this single moment,
another life is drawing to a close.
Instantaneously:
the realization of a dream,
the loss of everything held dear.
Our lives,
a series of defining moments,
strung together by passing time.
Surrender fully to this moment,
because it is not the moment itself,
that defines us,
but how we choose to live in it.

The moment....every moment in life is worth a celebration...such small momentscelebrations make our LIFE worth living
Looking across the river at Folly Bridge from Christ Church Meadow, Oxford.
Taken using a 50mm lens on my Pentax K1000. The film used was Ilford HP5 Plus, shot and developed at 800 ASA.
The blissful moment when you finally find your off button. In stillness you surpass the illusion of separateness, the illusion that there is you and a totally separate other. Your mimd stops using you, and you start watching the “thinker”, a higher level of consciousness becomes activated. Even for a second. You realise that all the things that truly matter - beauty, love, creativity, joy, inner peace - arise beyond the mind. You begin to awaken.
