The public area of the Imperial Palace, where the remains of Edo Castle are located. The lush green areas around the palace offer breathtaking scenery.

One of the main reasons why I love Japan is because of all the castles and shrines. They have over 100,000 Shinto Shrines. It’s amazing to see how different Japan is compared to all the places I’ve been to.

This is the first of Silenas series, which took me several months to start. She had visions how her pictures should be like, how she wanted herself to be seen. This picture was inspired by one of Mario Wibisono's gallery pictures. As well as for the mermaid picture, I made a pose for Silena and her favourite weapon and tried to capture this very moment that came to my mind.

My vacation was all about family and this is one of a very few landscape shots that I managed to get during. This is shot around 08:20 in the morning of Icelands independance day which is june 17.

The family´s summer home is really near this location and we just love to go there.

The composition is not perfect, the lupines sadly block part of the river but I really like the lighting and the remaines of snow in the mountains.
