The West Maui Mountains are shrouded in clouds much of the year. When the trade winds hit the West Maui’s moisture builds and clouds start to stack up obscuring the tops of these beautiful mountains. This weather pattern is what makes the highest summits of the West Maui’s one of the wettest places in Hawaii.
Main crater of Haleakala volcano, Maui, Hawaii, seen from the Summit Building on 3,055 m (10,023 feet) above sea level.

This beautiful panorama view was capture on the north end of Kihei shore looking over toward the southwest shore of Maui.
One of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever witnessed. The colors have not been modified in this photo.

Outside of a restaurant in Maui where we stopped for our last meal. After this, we were on the way to the airport. People were lining up at this palm tree taking pictures of their loved ones.
His eyes, as blue and deep as the sea. His coat, the foam of the waves of the Pacific Ocean. His soul, as gentle and warm as hug. But don't let him fool you: when it comes to play, he has a great right hook ;)
Happy National Cat Day!
Maui morning swims... sigh! Just another Maui memory. i seem to be wallowing in them lately haha. i swear i could dedicate myself to a nice wade into the Maui waters for every sunrise if i lived there. This is near Charley Young, a beautiful beach in Kihei.
Common Maui Mourning Dove...... They are super friendly creatures.........as are ALL Creatures who make their home on this beautiful paradise Isle.
I added the flower for flavor..........
The scenery along Maui's north shore coastline Road 30 is spectacular. There is a fairly long section of road that has room for only one car with a cliff wall on one side and a dropoff on the other side, no shoulder and no guard rail, so if a car should be coming from the other direction, one driver would have to back up quite a distance to pass. Personally, I would never go all the way around the coastline again but would certainly drive the sections that are two-lane.

Photo was taken in front of Wailea Elua
My cat Maui loves to help me with my photography class assignments
This beautiful group of Spider Lilies were so beautiful that I captured on a recent trip to Maui.
This is an image from Wailea Point in South Maui. I liked the way the rocks lead out to the ocean and also the way the light reflected off the rocks in the foreground. I hope you enjoy.
Thanks for looking and all the feedback !!
Enjoy your day....
