Ach ja, wie lieben wir die einfache Küche, die ohne großen Aufwand einen tollen Geschmack auf den Teller zaubert und auch am nächsten Tag aufgewärmt auf der Arbeit noch gut schmeckt, eigentlich ist es das, was wir am liebsten mögen, wie bei diesem Gericht… einem Chicken Tikka Masala.
Ein wirklich einfaches und leckeres Gericht aus der indischen Küche welches uns extrem gut geschmeckt hat. Dafür braucht man eigentlich nur ein paar Zutaten, etwas Hähnchenbrust von einem guten Huhn und dann kann es schon losgehen.

I've met this old man selling his Masala Chai in his old tea room on wheels, in Amritsar, Punjab. The contrasts of the colors and the whites of the teacups and the his beard, were so vivid that I had to ask him to pose for me.
