London Arch is a natural arch in the Port Campbell National Park, Australia. The arch is one of the tourist attractions along the Great Ocean Road near Port Campbell in Victoria. This stack was formed by a gradual process of erosion, and until 1990 formed a complete double-span natural bridge.
The arch closest to the shoreline collapsed unexpectedly on 15 January 1990 leaving two tourists stranded on the outer part until they were rescued by a helicopter. No one was injured in the event. Prior to the collapse, the arch was known as London Bridge because of its similarity to its namesake.

Richmond Park, London
I enjoyed Richmond Park so much, it was the kind of countryside I grew up in, (I didn't grow up in Wales, I'm English and come from Hertfordshire), and Autumn was just lovely there. I miss that.
Another shot from my late night London series.

I was planning on shooting this in the dark however somebody told me to go back down the monument before it got properly dark. The monument closes at 5:30 which gave about ten minutes of no sun. I need to do this again in pitch black in the winter when it gets dark at 4:00. There may be another photo similar to this one on my photostream but I think I deleted it because it was incredibly grainy for some reason so please ignore that one.
I posted the original last August but have since cleaned it up and given it a bit more "vibe" I think?
The Olympic Games start tonight and London is ready (I *think*). Are you?!
I have a pleasure (yes, pleasure!) to live in London and you can find my Olympics observations on my
