i took this following Live 8 in Philadelphia in July
it was humid and the huge crowds were sticking to each other as they left hyde park
the fire department turned their hoses skyward and the swarms danced their ways back to their cars and the subway beneath a false rain
as i raced back to the four seasons, where another photographer and 4 reporters were camped out , i stopped to enjoy this moment
innocent calm amongst the hustle and bustle
then we hastily transmitted our photos and words back to allentown
Taken at the Live8 concert in 2005 at the Eden Project.
Nice to see someone working positively and putting the Ability into disAbility.
If you know who she is, please let me know.

the Live 8 Italy concert inside Rome's ancient Circus Maximus July 2, 2005. A galaxy of rock and roll stars will grace stages across the globe on Saturday for what is being billed as the greatest music show ever, in a bid to put pressure on leaders of the Group of Eight major industrialised nations meeting in Scotland next week to do more to alleviate poverty, particularly in Africa. Live 8, an expanded version of the Live Aid sensation 20 years ago, will take in 10 cities and four continents, kicking off in Tokyo in the east and ending in North America in the west.
