This is a small village called "Hollyrood" on Conception Bay. It was the most windy. rainy and cold day of the trip - so here I am getting a shot at the colorful rocks on the beach! There's a great little bakery that serves sandwiches, soup, desserts. They also have an all day breakfast featuring Toutons, which is a heavy pancake fried in scrunchions (salted pork fat) and served with mollasses. The lens distortion near the edges seems to be giving a dizzing effect to the rocks! I corrected to ensure the yellow building with red roof on the waterfront was straight up and down, but that did some wild things to the rocks.
No Swimming or Diving, captured with a Lomography Micro 4/3 Experimental Fisheye lens mounted on my Sony A7S II with a Fotodiox MFT to E-mount adapter.
Taken a few years ago with my not-so-trusty Holga. I think that the film was Fuji, but can't really remember. Scanned from the print. I love the lens distortion along the top of the frame.
PS: the location isn't exactly right as I don't what to tell everyone where I live.

An Autumn shot taken at my local country park with a Samyang 8mm fisheye lens. Reminded me of a cathedral interior.

I had a little wonder over to the village today as I'm on holiday! Yessssssss!
Last night, the wind blew most of the leaves off all the trees, so they're all over the place. I thought this looked pretty cool with the old park bench in black and white surrounded by the colours of autumn. Ortonised as well for that extra bit of funk :o)
Camera 360
me in the side view mirror of my car, taken with my Samsung Galaxy S Epic 4G / Sprint. I just installed Photoshop CS5 extended, and wanted to play around with an image. After using cs4 for over a year, now, I'm trying to get the feel for this new updated version. I used the cutout filter and some lighting effects, among other adjustments in this image. Loving my high end android cellphone.
