Leica M9 B&W JPEG. The Nocti lens does the photoshopped look for you ;)
Leica M9 + Leica Summicron 75mm f2 APO @f8 + Raynox 250
Using the clip on Raynox you can't use the Leica rangefinder system to focus. The Raynox focuses at 12cm so it took me a few attempts to guess the distance to nail the focus!
The Cron 75f2 is said to be one of the sharpest lenses ever produced so I wanted to see what it can do stopped down a bit. So far so good! :)
The 75f2 out resolves the Leica M9 sensor so if i try it on a M240 I think the results would be even better!

B&W in camera JPEG + watermark & border. The in camera Leica M9 basic B&W JPEGs from this shoot are quite possibly the nicest SOOC photos I have taken. The Noctilux lens has given them that imperfect film look and has now put the Noctilux lens straight to the top of my most liked lens ever owned (in terms of how it draws and makes images look). I much prefer these imperfections and filmic look than the sterile crisp look from the newer Noctilux f0.95.
I think I have at last found the 'brush' that lets me paint the images in my head straight from the camera and with a feel that reflects me. See more here - BLOG - mrleica.com/2014/05/19/leica-m9-bw-jpeg-vs-dng/
Leica M9 + Leica Noctilux 50mm f1.0 v2 @f1
Why do I like the Noctilux 50f1? Because it makes the ordinary look extraordinary. Here a photo of a table decoration at the Leica Wedding last Saturday.

I had my back to the door when it opened and the girls head popped out to call a family member. I quickly spun round and said 'smile' and got this shot :) See more images using the Noctilux 50mm f1 lens for a wedding day on my BLOG at www.MrLeica.com

One from yesterday trying out the M8. After a full day of shooting the M8 I like it. Most used lenses were CV Nokton 35mm f1.2 ASPH ii (as an almost 50mm on the crop sensor) + ZM Biogon 21mm (as 28mm on the M8)

Leica M9 + Leica Noctlix 50mm f1.0 v2 @f1
One of my favourite photos taken with this lens so far despite the pose not being perfect. Head on shoulder or a hug would hav ebeen better but at least it was the trial run today before the actual wedding day photos. 35mm that looks like medium format. :)

I would normally use the 50 Lux ASPH for this but I was travelling light so didn't have it with me.
One from today with Katie - having a blonde moment!
In camera B&W JPEG. Amazing really for a 10MP camera. I don't really need the Leica M9 other than for full frame :)
