taken in Snowdonia , Wales, recent trip over, had to drive through this area again , was just so amazing , but it was grey and snowy and cloudy , and then at one point , the sun just peeked through a cloud , and hit this spot , end result, Michelle is happy :D

Sticking with the mono tree theme... These trees are perched atop a rapidly eroding clifftop on a rather desolate stretch of the Suffolk coastline. On my last visit there were three trees that looked like they'd been sculpted by the wind, but they seem to have sadly succumbed to the recent storms.

Tonglu (3036 m), a small hamlet inside the Singalila National Park in the Darjeeling district in the state of West Bengal in India near the India - Nepal border. It is a roadside halt along the trekking route from Manebhanjang (11km) to Sandakphu. The other and easier way to reach Tonglu is via Dhotre; a 5km trek route winds through the forest to Tonglu.
A panoramic view of snow-covered peaks including the majestic Kangchenjunga range (8,586 m / 28,169 ft), a picturesque trekkers’ hut and solitude — Tonglu is the perfect retreat to explore few leisurely days in the vast natural canvas. If you can't make Sandakphu for your busy schedule, come to Tonglu, you will not be disappointed. In my opinion, Tonglu is one of the best tourist destinations in West Bengal.

The Lake District is just as the Yorkshire dales a really beautiful region to be. It offers lots of landscape photography opportunities. This shot was made during a hike near the town of Keswick and Derwent Water.
It was meant to be 'Swans' with a landscape as background, but this is what I got and I like it so I hope you do too ;-) Taken off Essex Bridge at Great Haywood in Staffordshire.

For shaping of the landscape Cappadocia, the primary influence was the activity of two volcanoes. Hasan Dagi on the west and Erciyes Dagi on the east. Sediment and erosion of the soft and hard volcanic rocks led to the emergence very interesting forms.

Na ukształtowanie się krajobrazu Kapadocji podstawowy wpływ miała działalność dwóch gór wulkanicznych. Hasan Dagi na zachodzie oraz Erciyes Dagi na wschodzie. Osady wulkaniczne oraz erozja miękkich skał doprowadziła do wykształcenia się niezwykle ciekawych form skalnych.
