My daughter who was taking photos with me was ready to head home, but I wanted to take this capture with aperture at f/11 for the light stars. To keep the shot from being to long, I went to ISO 4000 and 30 seconds.
I was interesting to see how the high ISO would work for this night scene. Turned out not too bad.
A pretty little cove off the Chesapeake Bay.

Landscape a few miles southwest of Austin, Texas. The cedar post fencing has been utilized all over Texas for generations. The cedar (actually Ashe Juniper) hardwood is of such lasting and durable quality that this fence may be sound 100 years from today. Winter rains and a wet spring have turned the countryside into a lush green. There are no wildflowers in this scene, because the fields were cut for hay before the wildflowers could go to seed.
