gericentonze: @martyzone Thank you! I am currently using my iphone with either camera awesome app or pro camera (with the setting adjusted so the full screen is the shutter button). When I first started out I was very shy about photographing people so I used an app called Easy Calc Hidden Secret Camera because you can set it it automatically fire the camera at set intervals so you can hold your phone inconspicuously. It is still a good app but I'm finding I'm becoming braver as I get more experience.

martyzone: Thank you so much this this Geri. I have an android phone so I'm not sure what apps there are. I will have to see if there is anything similar to those available for iPhones. I have much to learn!

gericentonze: @martyzone try positioning yourself near a wall or seated where there are a lot of people passing by. They probably won't even notice you taking their photo if you hold the phone close to you and not up to your face.

martyzone: Thanks, they are good tips. I think a cafe or food hall where people stay a while and are busy eating and talking.
