Blow Fly - Green Bottle (Neomyia cornicing). Saw this tiny fly today at work in Devizes, it had been caught by a spiders web on its leg. this gave me an opportunity to try and get a few shots while it rested in between fruitless attempts of escape, the spider soon won the day and all was over within 5 minutes. RIP tiny fly....Let me also say that the entire time this struggle went on I also struggled within myself....should I, or should I not let it go. Eventually I came to the conclusion that on this particular occasion I wasn't going to act like God, after all, by releasing the fly I could also be killing the spider. Handheld, Olloclip macro @ 21x, Hisy remote, tweaked in 'Photos' on iMac.

Olloclip @ 21 x magnification add on lens on the iPhone, quick stir in Snapseed on iPhone. The glass was also covered in condensation which may well of helped with the blurriness in places........

Originally I took these two images back in May 2016, at Glastonbury, Somerset on the day of the Celtic Festival 'Beltane' (see link below). :fire:

Snapseed have very recently added a feature called 'double exposure' which allows the blending of two separate images. I had my first chance to play with this feature yesterday....and boy....I'm pretty impressed, it's so easy to use......:arrow_top:marks Google!!!

Loads of people from lots of different places around the globe dress up and congregate in Glastonbury to then climb Glastonbury Tor, it really is quite something to witness, I had no idea this was happening on the day I arrived there...I remember walking up to this particular guy in the High Street and asking him if I could take a few shots of him as he looked so cool with his naturally leafy hair and make up.....he seemed more than happy to oblige and I also asked him what was going on. It's only now that I have finally had the idea of using these images together, using Snapseed on iPad Pro, hope you enjoy this bit of fun, best wishes for your Sunday!!

Glass casserole lid, about 10mm water with olive oil, 3in1 oil and WD40 sprayed/dripped in....an LED torch (and a yellow piece of A4 tissue paper between the underneath of glass lid and torch)...., the whole depth of field (from lens to torch) was over 20mm, olloclip macro @ 21x, tri.,, remote, edited in Snapseed on iPad Pro, just 'Grunge' applied really...

Just saw this little snail stuck to some guttering I was about to put up at the back of the house....it was about 1cm in diameter (the snail that is...not the guttering!), Olloclip macro @ 21x, handheld, remote, cropped and edited in Snapseed on iPhone.

These two images were taken months apart, the ivy around a tree trunk was taken in Frith Nature Reserve, Slad Valley, Gloucestershire and the face is the door knocker from the main entrance to The Pavillion, Brighton, Sussex. Brought together using Snapseed 'Double Exposure' feature on iPad Pro.

Another single exposure photo of the door knocker is here:-
