A beautiful surprise from our recent travels to South Carolina. We were out shooting a beautiful Sunset,and also enjoying the full moon rise. We had packed up,and felt we had captured the best of the beauty of the evening. I turned to look back at the ocean, as I often do.......I love to have that last gaze into it's wonder. This beautiful sight greeted me, now it wasn't there a minute ago. My hubby said, Oh now that is so subtle there is no way that you'll be able to capture those beautiful blue rays.I had to try. I am not sure if I did it justice, but I will always remember the moment just the same.

Au plus profond de l'âme, sous la douleur, sous tout ce qui étourdit la vie, existe un vaste et majestueux silence , un océan infini de calme, que rien ne peut déranger, une réserve de sérénité propre à la nature et qui dépasse l'entendement.
Il est inutile de chercher ardemment cette sérénité ici et là, à l'extérieur, car elle est finalement en nous.
N'aie jamais peur de t'asseoir un instant et d'y réfélchir........

Si pudiera vivir nuevamente mi vida,
en la próxima trataría de cometer más errores.
No intentaría ser tan perfecto, me relajaría más.
Sería más tonto de lo que he sido,
de hecho tomaría muy pocas cosas con seriedad.
Sería menos higiénico.
Correría más riesgos,
haría más viajes,
contemplaría más atardeceres,
subiría más montañas, nadaría más ríos.
Iría a más lugares adonde nunca he ido,
comería más helados y menos habas,
tendría más problemas reales y menos imaginarios.
Yo fui una de esas personas que vivió sensata
y prolíficamente cada minuto de su vida;
claro que tuve momentos de alegría.
Pero si pudiera volver atrás trataría
de tener solamente buenos momentos.
Por si no lo saben, de eso está hecha la vida,
sólo de momentos; no te pierdas el ahora.
Yo era uno de esos que nunca
iban a ninguna parte sin un termómetro,
una bolsa de agua caliente,
un paraguas y un paracaídas;
