East Penn #5114 heads south on the Hudson Secondary through Sugar Loaf NY on it's way to Warwick NY to deliver a load of cars.
The Hudson Secondary runs from Hudson Jct (near Campbell Hall NY) to Warwick NY and is a portion of the old Lehigh & Hudson River RR. The line is owned by Norfolk Southern and leased to East Penn Railroad, East Penn owns the Middletown & New Jersey, which operates on this section using both equipment from the M&NJ and ESPN.
The Hudson turn heads back west with tank cars they picked up at Rescar, CO just east of Hudson.

Passing along the Hudson River waterfront as we cruise around Manhattan Island. Jenga tower far left, One World Trade Center just right of center. A cold and windy day but the clouds made for wonderful skies.
