Severn Valley Railway 1940's week end.

Still about, one of the Cars of Christchurch, New Zealand

What a great time warp car. It's now gone from here, I hope to someone who's going to get it back on the road.

No trace on the DVLA, so I can't see how old it is... 1960's presumably?

Just caught sight of this one as I drove past and turned around for another look. Clearly it's recently been dragged from its resting place of many years. There was a very decrepit wooden hand pump on the passenger's seat, which seemed a bit optimistic.

Not many of these about!

Do believe just 200 of these were ever made, only 13 of them on the roads at the moment.

Still about, one of the Cars of Christchurch, New Zealand

The Cars of Christchurch, New Zealand. I've photographed this before but it looks good in Woolston

This appeared to be just a shell. I wonder if at some point it was used as a donor for a kit car. It would still make quite a good blank canvas for a historic competition vehicle.

A surprising find, parked outside a pub in Cheshire. The owner was operating the light via remote.

A long time since I last went by here, but I always remember seeing old cars in this location. In the mid 90's I think there was an Imp here, then later on it was joined by an early Metro. By the late 90's it was the Metro and Austin 1100/1300. The 1100/1300 gave way to a Triumph Herald in the more recent past. Now there appears to be this rather nice Imp and a 90's Civic in place of the Metro (according to Streetview). One of the best colours for these I think.

Looks to have just recently gone around the clock according to the MOT check.

Somehow the patina and lack of rust on this car made me think it didn't look UK original. I was right. It's a Malta assembled Hunter imported in 2016.

Love these little cars, sadly couldn't identify the whole plate.

Seen at the Bluebell Inn classic car night.
