If garlic had been created in a test tube, it would most certainly be a very high-priced prescription drug, especially for high blood pressure symptoms. Using garlic for high blood pressure relief can be a great natural remedy. Taking garlic also has an abundance of other health benefits. I eat rice for my meals at least once a day because I was born and grew up in a country in which people eat rice as the main part of the meal. As a child, I loved "White Rice" but hated "Red Rice."
However, now, I've realised Red Rice is much healthier than White Rice. I heard about its health benefits such as preventing diabetes and heart disease, lower high cholesterol and, many more.
So, I decided to reverse what I used to be.

Simple tips:
1. Aleia’s GF Savory Stuffing and Aleia’s GF Plain Stuffing yields enough to stuff a 14-pound bird.
2. If you are going to stuff your turkey the stuffing should go into the turkey cold.
3. Outside the turkey, it’s perfect oven baked. Use a 9’ x 13’ x 2” baking dish. (Vegetarians will thank you)
4. Stuffing is best made on the day you want to serve it. To save time, chop all the vegetables 2-3 days before.
5. It’s just as delicious and convenient if made ahead. Make and bake the entire stuffing recipe ahead of time and either freeze it or refrigerate it. (Do not refrigerate uncooked stuffing).
6. Add-in any other ingredients you want to make it your own. Sausage, mushrooms, apples, chestnuts, walnuts, oysters, prunes, dried cherries…
7. Adding the right proportions of ingredients is key. Incorporate all your favorite add-ins, just not too many. Play it safe by using about twice as much stuffing cubes as other ingredients.

Macro Mondays theme of "Staying Healthy"
As part of controlling two conditions -- diabetes and high blood pressure -- I try to eat very healthily and so load up on fresh vegetables, the fresher the better. I like to shop at the local Farmer's Market and so get veggies freshly picked by a local grower.
Just for size reference here -- the tomato pictured is a cherry tomato and is approx. 3 cm across. Also in this salad shot are a radish slice, mini-cucumber slice, and some organic lettuce & baby spinach leaves.
Of the 3 Lucky Bamboo plants we have, this is the "luckiest." Captured this morning in our front yard, before the blazing sun gets here.

Diet experts keep saying that you should eat 5 fruit and vegetables a day to keep healthy, that's why I chose these delicious strawberries bought at a nearby farm as my contribution to this week's photo for Macro Mondays.

I had to use small strawberries to keep within the 3" limit. I assume they are just as healthy despite the small size!

Was running out of time and Jake, my husband, suggested to me to cut the sides off to make it square, so I thought I'd give it a try. Lots of Vitamin C and fiber! The best part was eating it afterwords!
