The Sanchez and Haya Real Estate Company was one of the original developers of the Ybor City and V.M. Ybor neighborhoods; their former headquarters sits abandoned on a rundown portion of Columbus.

This part of town is loaded with rundown historic buildings. Gentrification has yet to hit this neighborhood and I'll be surprised if it ever does, for better or for worse.
