Happy Caturday! I had to feature my Polly for the "Member's Choice" them.
A part of me think's Polly has some understanding of my camera. Most of the time when I get it out she looks right into the lens, such as pictured here. Other times she looks slightly annoyed and looks anywhere but the lens. I think she is such a beautiful cat. I didn't pick Polly, I guess Polly kind of picked me. I picked out her sister from a litter and wanted siblings. Two females. Polly was the only other female in the litter, so by default she came home with us. I call her "default cat" sometimes. I love her so incredibly much, I couldn't have ended up with a better cat by default.

The Somalis have had their automatic SureFeed feeding machine for a while, but now Bastian also has one, so we can control his kibble consumption. He seems happy with it - at least as long as it is filled...

That black spot covering part of Shutter's nose is rather distinctive and endearing. I also love that I can practically make her meow on command by scratching the base of her tail and/or calling her name.

Almost a seasonal 'Cat in the Hat' but Miss Moneypenny was not too impressed.
She is not so well at the moment and her kidneys are under very close monitoring. She is happy in herself though and actually, more lively and involved in what's going on than she used to be.
The spooky hat is part of Marc's Halloween costume for his Halloween Dine & Disco on Monday, if everything goes to plan.

This week's Caturday is all about Felix's favorite toy: a yellow piece of string. He also likes to play with Q-Tips.
As "First Cat of the House" Rags of course is allowed everywhere. Blocking the door opening, however, is not the smartest thing to do, when you are living with elderly humans... ;)
