I got dressed to go to the Gym first thing this morning and took this pic. I waited to upload it until after I returned, as there was a very good chance I would come up with an excuse to not actually go.
I'm proud to say - I made it. I can't believe I actually worked up a sweat in a Yoga class...I don't remember that happening before...and boy, have I lost a lot of my flexibility. Guess it's a good reason I went. It will improve.

Most of my subjects are male: it is possible to go through pages of my Flickr stream without seeing a photograph of a woman. I don't know whether this is because I spend more time with and around men than women, or because I'm more drawn to men photographically. Of my last ten uploads, however, nine are pictures of people, eight are pictures of a woman, and seven have a woman as the sole subject.
Here, then, is a healthy dose of man: Stephen joined me at my gym the other day to further my education in bodybuilding. I was pushed to the limits of my endurance, but look forward to having the chance to train together again.

This is the gymnasium at Hall Summit School. As per usual, the gym was the most interesting feature of the school, as with nearly all old abandoned schools. I went during the middle of summer, and the gym was so hot that you couldn't stand being in here more than a few minutes.
I went with a friend who is about 230 pounds. My friend moved about the gym floor with ease. I weigh 200 pounds, and fell through the wooden floor... scratching up my leg on the way out. This gym hates me.
