This is the exterior design rendering of Raley’s Fine Foods Market, located in Yuba City, California. I-5 Design and Manufacture worked to create an upscale winery style design which would dramatically change the look of the storefront without having to make any large structural changes. The exterior elements of the building were designed to set the tone for what customers could expect from their shopping experience. The clean, streamlined theme was carried from the exterior throughout the interior as well. The exterior signage elements were designed for maximum day/night visibility in presenting the market to approaching traffic and pedestrians. I-5 Design and Manufacture completed an entirely new interior and exterior décor upgrade for this grocery store in only four days! The interior had an overall modern theme and a warm feel, due to the yellow hued flooring and walls. The aisle signage was designed for ease of readability and features a large stainless-steel number in the center and replaceable slats with bright white lettering. To mark the Meat section of the grocery store, we designed large, bold letters in a stainless steel finish and the tagline reading “Quality Cuts” with the same clean look. To create a fresh, bright and yet urban feel, the produce section of Greenfresh market was furnished with a hanging steel grid structure suspended with nearly invisible, high-strength cables. This is the Dairy section for the Grocery Store I-5 Design and Manufacture recently upgraded. We designed this area to have a warm amber tone that would welcome customers into the section and provide a unique atmosphere. A custom beveled wall was installed add depth, and large letters with a stainless steel finish are mounted to a curved, wooden valance to produce an urban, modern flare. For the Produce area of this supermarket, we installed dimensional letters with a stainless steel finish onto a curved valance structure, and illuminated with LED lighting. Above the main floor, we designed wooden grids with stainless steel accents to be suspended from the ceiling, add warmth as well as visually lower the ceiling. I-5 Design and Manufacture created this is the 3D design rendering using state-of-the-art 3D technologies. One of the goals for this design was to produce an environment that was warm and friendly with an inviting shopping atmosphere for the customers. This was accomplished by the large feature walls, which proudly display the department names and sub names in a bold, yet classic way with brushed aluminum letters that are up-lit with LED lighting. Another key feature shown in this design is the suspended wood and stainless steel grid structure that visually lowers the high ceiling and draws the eye downward to the fresh produce beneath. This design rendering features the Produce area, which has a slightly modern feel, due to the suspended wood grids with stainless steel accents, the brushed aluminum letters reading ‘Produce’ are up-lit with LED lighting that is concealed behind the wooden raceway, and the bold artwork depicting various kinds of produce. The main colors chosen for this department were a fresh green hue that that was used on the feature wall and on the lower half of the main wall, and a light yellow which was used on the upper half of the main wall to create a soothing welcoming environment. In this branch of the Waikoloa Village Market, I-5 Design and Manufacture added decorative specialty metal spans between poles with a stained wood trim at the top and bottom surrounding the dairy and freezer section. I-5 Design and Manufacture worked with the Lopez Village Market to create a look for the interior of their market that was uniform for all areas and one that built on the history of Lopez Island. Each custom aisle sign has changeable product slats and the ‘Lopez Village Market’ logo on top, which incorporates the local island scenery in a way that is timeless and memorable. I-5 Design and Manufacture created all of the interior signage and décor for Admiral Thriftway located in Seattle, Washington. The kiosk area needed a changeable menu sign. The center of this Kiosk sign was designed with the same style of pottery as in the other department signs throughout the interior of the market, to provide interest as well as promote the types of food located in that section. The design helped to completely transfigure the look and feel of the interior of the store without major remodeling. The check-out area in Greenfresh market is no less fresh or crisp than the rest of the store. The natural wood trellis above creates a warm and inviting feel, as well as draws the eye down from the exposed ceiling above.
