“When you get tired of walking around San Francisco, you can always lean against it”

The ruined Frisco pier, Outer Banks, North Carolina.

Thanks to the guy with the enormous spotlight at his beach house that lit up the pier perfectly.

It was challenging photographing this close to the water at night. Even though the picture makes it look brightly lit, it wasn't to the human eye. It was hard to see the waves coming in until they were almost right on me. There were wet shoes that night. : )

If you'd like, feel free to take a look at my other night photography images or my other images from the Outer Banks

Frisco Geeps await their next duty call, Kansas City, Missouri, July 20, 1968.

Another sunrise remaining from fall 2016 trip. Looking back, there were quite a few decent sunrise/sunset scenes, along with Hurricane Matthew!

Walking across the Golden Gate Bridge trying not to freak out because of height but wanted some pics.

I left my heart right there, in San Francisco

with the mornin' fog and the cool, cool night, the cable cars, on the hill

That's where I wanna be people,

my heart is there, my heart is there, in San Francisco
